He found one and gave us time to get there and eventually purchase it before other salesmen we're able to sell it out from under us. Good quality car, great condition. Jonathan even protected us from another car that was not good and didn't let us but that one.

We were in the market for a used Honda Pilot but there were only two available, all the way in Bellevue WA! What an upgrade the MDX is, and it was a good deal! Easy scheduling, availability was good, ready to service vehicle when I arrived. Discussed the vehicles scheduled maintenance needs but I only wanted an oil change. There was no pressure to upsell additional services. Oil change completed in a timely manor and results reviewed when completed. Can't get that at a Jiffy lube.

Used a $44.99 oil change coupon Acura sent to me in my email. On the coupon it states that the service will be completed in 45 minutes or less or your next oil change service will be free. It took 90 minutes to complete my service. While paying for the service done, no mention or offer for the next service free was addressed. I feel the $44.99 deal was a fair price, but if you are going to guarantee a 45 minute turn around in your add, you should honor it/offer it to the customer.

We had our first oil change yesterday on our '22 RDX and were totally satisfied with the service. Not only did they change our oil, they took care of our tire pressure, checked other items and washed our vehicle. Tony went over the bill (prepaid service) and explained what was done at this visit and what to expect in upcoming service visits. These guys are true professionals!

I stopped in for a tire pressure monitor issue. They quickly told me what the problem was and offered to solve it without me even asking. While they were fixing that I remembered a rattle in the back end; they chased warranty and options to fix it and ultimately ended up fixing it under warranty, with a small copay which was fine. My experience exceeded my expectation. I was very happy with the three guys that were helping me. I was very impressed.

Chief gave me a great deal! They offered me a trade in value that nobody can match and sold me their Integra 6 speed with a few packages installed at msrp! I drove 4.5 hours for that deal and it was worth every inch of the way. Chief went over everything about the deal and the finance manager offered a few optional packages but he is not the type of will scare you style tactic if you don’t get one. We did a quick walk through with the GM to confirm their trade offer can be done based on how my car looks. I came in at 10am and on my way home at 11:30am so pretty efficient team they have. I will come back to Autonation Acura of Spokane if an Integra Type S indeed comes out in the future. This is one if the best dealer I ever worked with!

While attempting to cancel an extended warranty and gap insurance, I was treated like s&$t. Left numerous messages for finance manager, Mr Broenecke, he never called back. Dealt with a different finance guy, Justin, who gave incorrect information. Called the dealers manager, another Justin, he never returned calls. I had to reach out to corporate to finally get the items cancelled. Everyone I dealt with at the autonation Acura were absolutely unhelpful, rude.

Son bought a car here and was deployed a year later. Sold the car and the nightmare ensued. Attempting to refund the overly priced extended warranty and gap insurance was met with not just resistance but refusal. I was given incorrect paperwork multiple times. Phone calls were not returned by the finance manager nor the dealership manager. I even had the finance manager laugh at my frustration as he said he was there to help. Help as the last thing he ever intended on doing. After a month I called corporate and got in touch with the COO. Low and behold the exact paperwork sent to the dealership and ignored was enough to get everything cancelled and refunded. With checks in hand it’s now time to make sure this dealership is given the reviews it deserves.

Great customer service seems to be missing at a lot of business but not here at Acura Spokane. They went above and beyond and have won me as a customer for life. I was in town for a weekend trip and had a nail in my tire on a Saturday. Went to discount tire where I bought the tires and it was over a 3 hour wait to get it fixed. I previously had a great experience at Spokane acura so figured I would try them. On a Saturday morning, the service team was able to see me right away and had the tire fixed in less than 20 minutes!!! On top of the fast tremendous service, they didn’t charge me a penny to fix it. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! First visit. Great service and good value. Honored a 15% off coupon that was expired by a few days. Provided me a loaner car during service which helped tremendously.

I took my 2016 MDX in to have a remote starter installed, not knowing one came with the car. The mechanic started the install then saw I already had one. They put the car back together, topped off the antifreeze and didn't charge me anything. The service manager could not have been friendlier or more professional. I just wanted to take a moment to commend the AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley dealership for their stellar service and customer experience! Particularly David Bradley who went above and beyond for me throughout my car buying process! I came to the dealership hoping to drive away with a gorgeous 2012 Audi A5 and David did everything possible to make that happen for me that same day. The car I purchased was a manual, and David not only gave me the opportunity to properly test drive the vehicle before purchasing it, he managed to TEACH me to comfortably drive a manual car in about 25 minutes despite me having ZERO prior experience doing so. You honestly can’t buy that level customer service. The entire AutoNation family made the process as easy and painless as it could be and I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable at any point during my visit. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re a prospective buyer looking for a great deal on a premium car and the best sales reps you could ask for, look no further than AutoNation.

I love Auto Nation Acura. They have always been very helpful and do a great job on my car. They are very upfront about what I need done on my car and the status of everything. When another shop told me my break pads needed to be changed, luckily I waited for my next oil change. The guy told me that I didn’t need them done yet and wouldn’t for a while. I was able to have about 4 oil changed until I got them done. They have always explained to me why stuff needs to be done and what they look for. They give me the statistics on my car which is great. I’ve always had great Alain me ta as well. Overall I feel more than comfortable taking my Acura TLX here and having them work on it.

Generally our experience was good releasing a new 2022 MDX. The sales person was very accommodating, provided regular updates and had a good understanding of the features. We were disappointed in the amount of time it took to complete the transaction (3 hours which included a test drive.) Dealership facility and amenities are a bit dated and lacks the feel of a luxury car dealership. The car itself has a much improved user interface and updated and functional interior that is expected for a Acura/Honda products.

Overall the process was ok. I believe I could have received a higher value for my car. I received several calls and voicemails, asking me to make a decision about selling to autonation. I would have appreciated just 1 follow up call/voicemail. I don’t feel it is necessary to hound people. Rodney was great to deal with. The manager we dealt with at the dealership wasn’t my favorite. I found his demeanor to be crass, and felt that he treated the staff disrespectfully. The selling process took several hours, and I would have liked to be forewarned of that, instead of waiting around not knowing when it would be finalized.

Not too bad of an experience overall but they needed to fix a few things they missed in the detailing so we brought it back and they worked on one area —not all of them and brought the car back super dirty. When you’re paying $45k+ for a car you would hope they would honor their commitment to the detail and also bring the car back from the detailer clean. We had asked for a little paint pen to fix a few of the paint chips and was told we’d get that and didn’t get that either. And we also were missing on of the floor mats and are still waiting to see what they will do with that. It felt like once we bought the car we weren’t as important.

I did buy a $20k car cash on 3-10-2022 with the 5day/250mile return. Called on the 14th/161miles, check engine light came on, steering wheel Rios out of my hand while turning. Left voice-mail for 3 days, no one could help me besides the manager (Brian) on the 4th day finally talked to a Ryan and he told me I was out of luck. I didn't necessarily want to return the car and if I did I would've bought another one from there. But the game is, ignore calls until the 7th day so I have no choice.

I LOVE the service depart. The staff there is always great. The only part I don’t love is listening to the salespeople (when not with customers) when I’m waiting for my car to be serviced. It’s soured me a bit to maybe buying another car there. This time legitimately not one sales person wore a mask. Only the service department. I get it everyone has their own opinion. But if I’m sitting in your waiting area with two masks please don’t get with in 6’ of me talking to another person without wearing a mask. I don’t force other people to wear one but I do appreciate a business respecting my decision to wear one as I’m around people who are high risk. For what it’s worth my service advisor always put on a mask. Which was appreciated. I know everyone has different opinions, so thanks for respecting mine

We were looking for a new luxury SUV to replace a 2019 BMW X4 that we had recently sold. We were also wanting to trade in a 2016 BMW 428 as part of the deal. We decided on a 2022 Acura RDX, and Auto Nation Acura had one in transit that fit our needs. Auto Nation offered us a good trade-in value for our 428 with very little need to negotiate back and forth, and were great to deal with during the whole process. They were upfront with the price and information and, unlike other dealerships in Portland I’d tried to deal with, they didn’t try and slip in extra charges or items we hadn’t discussed or agreed to. Unfortunately, thanks to the ridiculous supply chain issues going on nation wide, they added a significant amount of profit to a few dealer installed options, but at least they added the options rather than like most dealerships that were simply tacking on additional dealer profit with nothing in return. Our salesman was great, and since we are from out of town and dealing via text and phone calls, he was very responsive and communicative, even well after hours. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful and made the experience pleasurable. I’d highly recommend Auto Nation Acura to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

I drove 200 miles on winter roads for a truck that ended up have a worn out transmission. Their incoming inspection report said transmission fluid was dirty, but that wasn’t shared with me before my trip. I bought a different truck but then the high pressure to buy their extended warranty started. I went there to buy a used vehicle, knowing there is no warranty, having one pushed on me was very frustrating. When I declined the warranty their mood of the entire purchase changed and it felt very awkward. The one positive thing was the sales rep that helped me, not the same one I talked with before my trip that didn’t look at or share the inspection report. This gentleman was very helpful and was good to work with.

I live 2 hours out of town.. called and told them what was wrong with the car after taking it to a local shop. Made the apt. with them hoping they would have the part in stock or order it before the apt. Nope. Had to go up there so they can check it the problem, which was exactly what was told to them, and then send me home to order the part. Is what it is. "We'll call you when it's in to schedule another apt. " Nope again. 3 weeks go by before I finally called them.... "oh yeah we have the part and can schedule you" they did fix the car in a reasonable amount of time, and adding on to a wheel bearing also. Not happy with the customer service, but at least the vehicle is back to normal.

Warranty wouldn’t cover it and the manager SWORE he would make it right if the warranty wouldn’t cover the issues because I threatened to cancel it. Warranty didn’t cover the issue and they refused to help and strung me along for months. Do yourself a favor don’t buy a used car from autonation and if you do skip on the warranty because it won’t help, nor will management when your car has a catastrophic issues days after the purchase. They WILL try and wait it out past the 5 days so they aren’t liable. They don’t care about you and they just want your Money. Read your reviews I made the mistake of trusting Chase, John Carey, and many other liars, there service department literally can’t even be bothered to look up accurate information and will just make things up to make you feel better. I had a horrible buying experience at Acura, If I could give a negative star I would. Is it too much to trust that you will be treated fairly when you are buying a car? It is if you walk into Acura in the Spokane valley... In the last 2yrs I have bought (3) company vehicles at Dishman Dodge and (1) company vehicle at Dave Smith motors, so its not like I don't have experience with auto purchases. BTW, I had a wonderful experience every time with both the sales staff and the quality of Chrysler products at both Dishman Dodge and Dave Smith. At Acura I was the victims of some internal problems between sales people and the sales manager. I was lied to, and cheated on. John Carey the sales manager at Acura that day, is a deplorable human, born without a spine or the common sense to do the right thing. Acura has sales people that are willing to steal from each other, a sales manager that is incompetent, and a general manager (Justin Rogers) that is unwilling to fix his internal problems and/or make it right with his customers. If you chose to buy an Acura from this dis-functional team of slimy sales people...Just hope that you don't get caught in a situation were one of them has to make the right decision.

There was no hassle car buying . The people I worked with were friendly and not pushy. I went to look at 1 car and it wasn't what I wanted. I did find a car I love and I bought it. They filled the car up with gas did a thorough inspection and I'm very happy with my purchase.

For a company that praises their rigorous safety and quality checks, these guys sure missed the mark on the car that I bought, the fog lights didn't work and after some simple investigation I found that the driver side one was unplugged and when I plugged it back in it worked fine, I just can't get to the passenger side one to see, also, the driver side tail light is kind of wired backwards because the turn signal is where the tail light is and the tail light is where the turn signal is supposed to go, I had a county sheriff kindly tell me that last night... One of my key fobs didn't work either, and after checking the battery, I was surprised that there was no battery in one of them, so after a $2.50 battery was put in, it works fine now. The oil change sticker is also not legible at all or faded so bad I can't read it, so I'm worried that the oil hadn't been changed in a while so I will be scheduling that very soon.

Some family of mine know them & recommended me to come. I’m glad I did. Big difference in service from other dealerships I’ve been to. The finance guy, James, worked with my situation and got me a great rate on my loan. The general manager personally took me on a drive in my car a few days after I purchased it because I had some questions about the way it drove. They don’t negotiate prices on the cars and so I feel I may have paid a little bit more than I could have paid at another place but that also came with certain guarantees & warrantees that gave me peace of mind: 4 days to return the car for any reason, 3 months to fix anything that might go wrong with it after I leave the lot. Plus the car is fully inspected and ready to go before they sell it. (I bought a used one.) Eric was great, too. He gave me a good price on my trade-in. When I’m ready to do another upgrade several years down the road, I’ll come back here if I am going to go through another dealership, for sure.

Start my deal with texting a salesperson today. I had interest in 2008 Ford F350. I have a 2007 Ford F350 ask for a trade value of my truck. It was lower that I cared to accept. So I thank the salesman for his time. Then I received a text basically my truck had no value at all. Once again I thanked him for his time. I bought a 2019 MDX in Boulder CO (we live in eastern Montana) and took it to a campus visit in western Montana, 6-hours west of home. It was -30F and the battery in our 10-day old MDX died overnight. Acura Roadside called a AAA contractor but they weren’t able to start it so a transport was arranged to take it to the nearest Acura dealership... two states away at AutoNation Acura in Spokane. I was really stressed having my car that far away so I called to speak with the service department and got Seth Campbell. He was so terrific to work with and kept me appraised every step of the way! He was more consistent at contacting me and advocating for me than the Acura Client Relations person assigned to us. I appreciated his help so very much! Instead of driving lot to lot he asked if he could pull up all the cars on all there lots on line for my price range. That went perfectly. I found the car I wanted to test drive. I received a notice from Acura Corp. that there was an issue with my car and needed to be taken to an actual Acura dealership for repair, which we don't have in my town. I drove the two hours to Spokane to have this work completed. The service department was great! They were friendly and fast. When I returned to pick up my car it was even washed and vacuumed! Fast and friendly service, prices comparable to any other dealership rates. They explained each line item in detail and gave me choice to complete or not. However they did not find a "problem" with backup camera and did not have one in stock to change and verify. Disappointing since that was the primary reason I took it there. Not a short drive for me to get there.

They did the work quickly and went over everything and even did the differential oil change that was needed that I okayed after I go there within the required time I had allotted due to another appointment I had made. Given I do not find buying a car the most enjoyable way to spend my time, our experience with this dealer was certainly better than any other we have had. The Sales Mgr (Bill Duvall) and our Sales Rep (Michelle Fogal) were very responsive to all communications. We had purchased our previous vehicle here and were frustrated by a very prolonged wait for the F&I guy to do our paperwork. I made a point of this issue and Bill made sure one was available at the time agreed. He also sent us on our way with a full tank and a complimentary dispenser of touch-up paint for our new RDX. Much appreciated. Michelle, our Sales Rep was a delightful breath of fresh air. She not only knew her product exceptionally well but helped us start enjoying it immediately by loading in a number of settings to the NAV and connecting the blue tooth on our cells. If we are in the market for an Acura in the future we will definitely start with this dealer.

I bought a 2006 TL here back in 2013. I worked with Jimmy from the Honda lot, who was awesome! Since then I bring my car back here every 3 months for a service appointment and am usually working with Kyle, who's always very nice and thorough. Once my car is paid off I definitely plan on coming back to trade up to something newer! Only thing that's happened is the power steering fluid leaked after I got my car worked on for maintenance, which they didn't charge me for when I had to bring it back the next day. LOVE this dealership!

I recently leased a 2015 Acura TLX from Melaia at Auto Nation Acura of Spokane. Overall, it was a great experience as far as buying a car is concerned. Melaia helped me test drive several different models (including other makes) and gave a very honest list of pros and cons to each of them without being biased. I was a couple of months out from buying when I first went to the showroom. I received a little pressure from the sales manager to buy/lease right away, but that was to be expected. Not bad at all. I'm extremely pleased with my TLX, I love everything about it. Melaia was terrific to work with and I will be back for another Acura in the future.

Overall, Reiko Johnson - our sales agent - was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, pleasant, responsive and I would highly recommend seeking her out amongst the staff at this particular dealership. As usual however, the sales manager did his job trying to coax as many thousands of dollars as possible onto his side of the equation, over-quoting mileage deduction on my trade by $1000 primarily. We finally arrived at a deal that I found satisfactory ($500 over invoice and a decent price for my 08 MDX trade) despite the expected "I'm sorry but that's the very best we can do. We aren't making any money on this deal" kind of thing. In spite of Reiko's stellar performance, we were of course subjected to the mega-upsell by the finance manager. They now offer extended warranties on virtually every imaginable scenario that you might encounter - some $8000 total if you do the big buy-in. They were surprised that I declined each and every one of them. Despite the fact I interrupted at the outset that we weren't interested in any of it, he insisted that he was "required" to march us through a very lengthy list of issues we assuredly would need additional protection for. So - find Reiko as she does a fantastic job, expect the sales manager to try to take advantage of your naiveté whenever possible and expect the giant closing upsell at the end. It's easy enough to simply decline. There are much better packages available after market outside the dealership.

We stopped at the agency to drive a TLX as were thought we would like to get out of our van and get a sedan. Michelle Fogal was our sales person and gave all the info we needed, took us for a drive and the then we said we wanted info on the MDX. She again had all the info we needed and we drove one of those. We were impressed with her knowledge, pleasant personality and interest in what we were looking for....we weren't sure. She had all the facts printed out for us on costs and financing. We then the spent a couple of days visiting other agency's, driving their sedans and crossovers. The other dealerships didn't seem very interested in us. We really had no intent on buying a car that weekend. After our weekend of looking we concluded we did want a crossover and returned to again look at the MDX. There again was the friendly staff and Michelle to assist us....so, we ended up buying the MDX. The staff was fantastic getting the car physically ready, doing the paper work and answering all our questions as we were in a hurry to return to Missoula for an event. We love our new car, we loved our experience buying it and will return. The whole staff made us welcome.

After Spending New Years Eve and wasting most of my evening at Portland of Acura on December 31, 2013, My family and I came home to send out more leads into purchasing a new Acura MDX. I have been a loyal Acura customer for 7 years. I ordered a 2014 MDX in August 2013. At the end of 2 months, I was contacted and told the configuration I had ordered would not be produced until the end of October and I could expect delivery about the end of November. And, by-the-way, since we have to wait 2 more months, we are decreasing your trade-in by $3000. Is this legal? What ever happened to brand loyalty and customer service? I love the Acura product and cannot believe their dealerships are allowed to do this. I highly recommend that if you are trading in a vehicle, do not buy from AutoNation Acura of Spokane Valley.
